WARRANTY INFO: All products made by Mervin Mfg have a one year warranty against manufacturer's defect. This is provided by us for those products sold through Mervin's Authorized Dealers only. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse by riding things other than snow, or impacts due to your steering problems. You must keep your sales receipt when you purchase a Mervin Mfg. product. This is your proof of purchase and you will need to show this if you need to warranty your product. It is good for the original purchaser only and is void if your product is purchased from another person or unauthorized dealer. This would include Craig's List, EBAY, etc. There is a list of Authorized Dealers on this website.
If you think you have defective product take it back to the shop that you purchased it at. They can take a look at it and help you determine the best course of action. They can also help you send it in if necessary. Make sure you bring along your receipt! If you ended up losing you receipt after all, the shop can help you with that too.
