Tignes, France – The GNU Frenchman Mathieu Crepel, was close behind Switzerland’s Iouri Podladtchikov to land the Silver Medal in the SuperPipe event at Winter X Games Europe! Drawing inspiration from the hometown locals, he set down a double corked 10 and front 12 on his GNU Park Pickle.
“Being in my home country of France does add some pressure,” Crepel said about performing in France. “All the media and fans here in France has been amazing, and you want to do the best you can in front of them.”
