  • MasterKida

    this is awesome
I want this but i need to save
I am 12-you think this is a good board for me?
    If not email me at
    masterkida03@gmail.com

  • Yeti

    What is the base type?

  • GNU

152 is the smallest size, so that might be a bit big for you.

It’s also fairly directional, and will really perform the best in powdery terrain.

If you’re looking for something a bit more versatile, you might want to check out the Carbon Credit, Metal Gnuru, or Space Case.

  • shreddy van halen

yo gnu.. is the base sintered?

  • GNU

This puppy is equipped with a sintered base!

  • GNU

    It is sintered

  • goont

Could you talk a little about the differences between the mullair and the billy goat? Are there material differences that account for mullair costing more?

  • yeti

When will i be able to get one in Canada?

  • Sebi

please make a bigger (midwide) version for taller guys!!
i´d love to buy this board but with my size 11,5 boots no chance.
is the nose longer and more rockered (bananaed) than the tail?

  • Sam

    Yes pleeeease!! Midwide!!

  • David Stubbs

Is it going to be released in Canada this year?

  • Butch

    Count me in! Midwide Please!!

  • GNU

They’ll be arriving at Canadian shops this week!

  • GNU

    Yes it is!
You should start seeing it in shops this week.

  • David Stubbs

Woo! Will it be available online here too?

  • Storm Trooper

    163 ww260 would be perfect

  • GNU

Getting the boards to our retailers is our number one priority–so if there are extra boards they will likely be for sale online, but you could also have your local shop special order it for you if they aren’t stocking it at this time.

  • Adraon Buck

Please make in 162 or 63!! Amazing looking board!

  • Spenser Johnson

the whole board is regular camber, except there is a little early rise on the nose before the contact points…. very mild, but easy to see if you look. it’s better to think of it as a regular-camber board with a nice powder nose. measured to the tips, there’s about 4″ more nose than tail, but that’s partly because the nose kick is so big, not because the actual setback is that much.

also, this board is basically true regular camber… it does not really have any banana rocker in the middle.

  • Spenser Johnson

mullair is more directional (longer nose, slight taper), billygoat is more of a regular shape with a little setback.
mullair has real, regular camber.. billygoat has nearly flat C3 (middle almost touches)
billygoat has anvitex dampening, which takes the beefy, smooth ride up a notch.

both great for power freestyle/freeride, but the nico will feel like a regular camber board, and probably float better due to the longer nose with a big powder shovel shape. both great.

  • Shred or Die

I know Nicolas wont need it, but some of us bigger folk could use 161+ W options for this board.

  • sven

    Dear GnU team,
i would like to know if the müllair 159 is fine for my big foot size 13? thank you!

  • Andy Ward

Just had my first day on the Muller, Epic! Was looking for a real charger, and a step up from my old C2 twin, something more for a powder day and I was surprised how well I could control this beast, tight tree lines, powder, tracked out lines and groomers, glides though everything, lands well in hard packed or powder, defiantly likes to go fast and suits my ride stile. Thanks Nico, love your board!

  • mat

163 perfect for everyday riding, and a 167 for those deep pow days. 260 is minimum for me!

  • awktober

    Wide version?

  • Roland Czechowski

How about a 62 or 63 for the bigger guys?

  • tommy1515

If you want to ride fast, and ride hard, and you ride in a lot of different conditions, this is a good board for you. Age doesn’t matter. I would say if your very short and lite for your age you should maybe go with a rocker, or If you want something you can rail slide on too, check out their rockers.

  • Spenser Johnson

Been riding the 159 for the end of our season here in AK… ripper spring side hit/carving days, great pow day yesterday, and a mix today. this is the board I’ve been looking for. nice meaty Mervin feel with a stronger flex and power throughout, turns just right, floats great, rides smooth and stable…. it’s been a while since I’ve ridden a board that met all my desires. the profile and shaping is sexy as hell, too! normally ride the billygoat 59 or my fish 56, and was on the Wittlake Greenest for most of the season.

for those asking for a longer size, there’s a 161 next year, but not wide. I agree, there should be a couple larger sizes, and get rid of the 52. this is an excellent do-everything freeridey deck.

  • GNU

Keep an eye out for a 161 in our 16/17 line

  • GNU

Thanks for the kind words–we’ve gotten so much positive feedback on the Mullair and we’re thrilled to have Nicolas on the team!

  • GNU

You should consider a wide board instead.
Here is a link to our board finder: http://www.gnu.com/snowboard-finder/#/

  • GNU

Keep an eye out for a 161 in the 16/17 season!

  • GNU

    Keep an eye out for a 161 summer/fall 2016!

  • GNU

    We’ll have a 161 next year–keep an eye out!
The nose is long and floaty (with some rocker!), but it’s a camber-dominant board and has our C3 base contour.

  • Eiji Sasaki

Thank you “Wall-E” Your ride was amazing!

  • Enrico

Is my snowboard signed by Nicolas Müller? How many boards has he signed? Peace

  • GNU

It’s hard to tell from this angle……mostly because this is the internet and there is no picture.
Perhaps the shop where you purchased it from could shed some light?

But thank you so much for choosing a Gnu, we appreciate the support.
    Have a blast!

  • Enrico

Here is a picture! I order this bord by zeroG in France! I dont no were signauture this board!??
    Pease enno

  • Benjamin Clarkin

    Sintered base?

  • GNU

    Sintered base indeed

  • Jason Sarayba

    I’m 5’10”, 170 pounds
    Would the 155 be okay?

  • Jim

Id love to see you guys make a full camber board

  • Andi

Hi ! How is in tight trees ?

  • BetterSpecsNeeded

Why isn’t this board made ith a contact of 122 or so…..114 for a 161.5…come on guys. I need a powerful board with deep sidecut. I’m tired of rising my Riders Choice 161 from 08..which was the last camber board with magne and a long contact.

  • Kal

You larger fella’s have enough freeride decks, keep the 152!

  • Greg

How about a 168/172 for tal Boys?

  • Dag Kristian

Whats the possibilities of making this bad boy as a mid-wide? With 10,5 US in boots I find even the 161 a bit too narrow. Can see that many people have been asking for the same without getting any answers. I´d love to get this board in 159 mid-wide!

  • Vic

TRS OR MULLAIR ? 10.5 boot

  • Dag Kristian

The board seems to be really narrow.. I have boots size US 10, will the 159 still work without toe and heel drag?
