I've only ever rented boards and this is my first one to own. Initial reaction out of the box was that this board was beautifully crafted with pretty amazing looking graphics. Been researching a whole bunch, reading reviews, and watching videos..I decided that the terrain wrecker was the perfect fit for me. Took it up to the park and can't overstate how great the ride is. It does all that it says and then some more. Happy with my decision 1000%.
Picked one of these up locally and really like it so far. This is my first experience with libtech and even after a small hiccup (not libtech’s fault), they were great in making sure I was taken care of. I’m really enjoying this board so far (only been up twice as of yet but hit park and resort). I will definitely be picking another setup up soon for my son. The edge tech gives an advantage especially on those icy, choppy days. Also considering buying a set of bindings on here as they seem to have some great reviews!
I'm an advanced rider, 6'-4, 205 lbs, size 12 boot, and the 161W terrain wrecker fits me perfectly. My board size is typically longer (162W and up) so I was worried this board might feel a bit short. After my first runs, those worries were gone; it rides longer than the length would suggest while still remaining agile. My first few days of the season were at small east coast mountains and the magne-traction edges held up on the ice, like they always do, with quick turn initiation. And I just got back from a few days riding out west in Oregon (Mount Hood and Mount Bachelor) and the board was able to handle bigger terrain amazingly. This board is the perfect one board quiver and my favorite board. There may be better powder, or carving, or freestyle specific boards out there, but this board does everything without compromise. Plus, the name is perfect, this board wrecks all terrain. 5 stars in my book.
My favorite board of all time. This thing can dominate it all. Trees, pow, east coast icey hard pack, kickers, bumps, crud… you name it. Seriously.
Had to go local now that I live in the PNW. My first Lib Tech board and couldn’t be happier with the choice. It lives up to every they claim.
